Harleen Kaur

I am currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology at London Metropolitan University and am a counselling intern with a strong interest in evidence-based, client-centred mental health care. Alongside my graduate training, I have over six years of experience as a Behaviour Interventionist, providing ABA-based support to neurodiverse children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, ADD, FASD, and other developmental needs. I have experience implementing Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs), collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and training junior Behaviour Interventionists to deliver consistent, high-quality care. Through my counselling internship, I am further developing my therapeutic skills, including rapport building, active listening, assessment, and person-centred interventions
