Mary Nelson

As a Master of Counselling intern, I am passionate about supporting women, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges, relationships, and transitions. My areas of interest include trauma, seniors' health, grief and loss, family estrangement, and relationship difficulties. I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful change.
