I'm Oksana, a psychology intern working in English and Russian with regular professional supervision. I support people experiencing anxiety and feeling disconnected from themselves. Through inner child work, we explore how earlier experiences may shape your emotions, relationships, and the way you treat yourself. Together, we can better understand your needs, work on boundaries, explore recurring patterns, and discover what actually matters to you. I offer a warm, respectful space to talk openly, reconnect with yourself, and move at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and guided by curiosity, compassion, and your individual goals.
