As a therapist intern with a BPS-accredited BSc in Psychology, I offer warm, collaborative online therapy for individuals and couples. I support anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, panic, stress/burnout, relationships, and occupational concerns. Drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, I help clients build insight, resilience, and practical steps toward meaningful change.
