* Role Focus: Gaining hands-on clinical experience through structured internships across psychiatric departments, early intervention centres, and inpatient/outpatient settings. * Patient Intake & Assessment: Conducting intake interviews and clinical observations for children and adolescents, and assisting with developmental and behavioural psychometric assessments. * Clinical Exposure: Observing clinical psychiatric interviews, Mental Status Examinations (MSE), and case conferences in acute inpatient and outpatient settings to understand psychopathology and therapeutic rehabilitation. * Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams, special educators, and senior psychologists to prepare case histories, track intervention progress.
