As someone mid education and with 5 years of experience working with women who have experience sexual violence, my strength based and sometimes artistic approach is accessible and gentle. I have also worked with women with FAS and have taught weaving to groups of indigenous women. There are many benefits to weaving and textile art as a healing pratice and it is something i'd love to develop as a program.
