Welcome! I am a dedicated mental health practitioner Intern offering compassionate support to help you navigate life challenges and build resilience. Currently completing my Master of Psychology, my background covers Clinical, Counselling, Assessment, and Exceptional Children studies, alongside undergraduate work in Psychology and Sociology. My experience includes a clinical internship at the Institute of Mental Health in Amritsar, four years of eldercare social work at Bhai Kanhaiya Ji Birdh Ghar, and leadership in mental health societies. I offer empathetic counselling, stress management, self understanding, and support for developmental needs in a safe, confidential space.
