Riddhi Dudeja

I am a final-year undergraduate Psychology student with a strong interest in clinical and therapeutic practice, as well as teaching. My interest in this field has been shaped by hands-on experience, including a 160-hour clinical internship under an RCI-licensed clinical psychologist, where I observed client sessions, participated in case discussions and developed an understanding of foundational therapeutic techniques. I have also worked with children in institutional care, facilitating activities around mindfulness, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and wellbeing. These experiences have taught me the importance of listening without judgement, understanding people within the context of their individual experiences, and adapting the way we communicate and support them.
