I am a Clinical Psychology postgraduate with a strong interest in mental health, counselling, and therapeutic support. As a Therapist Intern, I aim to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly express their thoughts and emotions. My approach is client-centered and compassionate, with an emphasis on active listening, understanding individual concerns, and supporting clients through emotional and personal challenges. I am committed to continuously learning under supervision and developing my clinical skills while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for every individual.
