I am a third-year B.Sc. Counseling Psychology student with internship experience at The Bayan, ECRC, and JS Global School. I have also gained exposure to supervised practicum and case history taking. I am interested in developing my practical counseling skills and gaining supervised experience in working with clients. I am particularly interested in learning evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and in developing an understanding of how to support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I am eager to learn, gain practical exposure, and develop my skills under professional supervision.
