My path has taken me from emergency healthcare to eight years of coaching and client support, and now to graduate study in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. Across these roles, I’ve helped people feel heard, navigate change, and recognize their strengths. I bring warmth, curiosity, active listening, and a collaborative approach, along with respect for the boundaries between coaching and clinical treatment.
