I am a Psychology student with a strong interest in clinical and counselling psychology. As a Therapist Intern with MantraCare, I participate in the therapeutic process under supervision and am committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. My interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other areas of mental health and well-being. I value an empathetic and collaborative approach and look forward to supporting clients while working alongside experienced mental health professionals.
