I am a Psychology graduate and aspiring mental health professional with a strong interest in counseling and clinical psychology. As a therapy intern, I am committed to gaining hands-on experience in assessment, therapeutic communication, and evidence-based interventions under appropriate supervision. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. I value empathy, active listening, confidentiality, and creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard and supported. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals while developing my clinical skills and contributing meaningfully to clients’ mental health journeys.
