As compassionate and dedicated Psychology intern with a B.Sc. in Psychology and a strong interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and emotional distress. As a Psychology Intern, I am developing practical experience in understanding psychological and emotional challenges, building supportive relationships, conducting basic psychological observations and assessments under supervision, and applying evidence-informed approaches to promote emotional wellbeing. My areas of particular interest include anxiety management, trauma-informed support, depression, emotional regulation, stress management, and psychosocial wellbeing.
