I am a Psychology graduate with a strong interest in mental health, child and adolescent psychology, and evidence-based psychological interventions. My academic training and internship experiences have given me exposure to behavioural observation, child development, emotional regulation, activity-based interventions, case documentation, and working with children with developmental, neurological, and learning-related difficulties. I am particularly interested in understanding individuals in the context of their emotions, thoughts, behaviour, relationships, and developmental experiences.
