I am an M.Sc. Psychology graduate with academic and practical exposure to mental health assessment, case documentation, and evidence-based psychological interventions. I have received training and supervised exposure to approaches including CBT , along with experience in a hospital mental health setting. As a Therapist Intern, I am interested in developing my clinical skills through structured observation, supervised case discussions, documentation, and learning within an ethical and confidential online mental healthcare setting.
