I'm an intern therapist with a Bachelor's in Psychology, offering online sessions for teens and children. I blend CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients reframe unhelpful thoughts, build self-esteem, and move toward what matters most. As a Hindu clinician, I bring cultural sensitivity and a values-based perspective to every session. My goal is a warm, judgment-free space where you or your child feels heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
