I am a therapist intern with a Master’s in Psychology, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My practice integrates CBT, DBT, and humanistic approaches to help clients navigate suicidal ideation, panic attacks, anger, stress, burnout, and sleep challenges. Having worked with people from many walks of life, I create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change. Sessions are available in-person or online to fit your needs.
