Arnau Adell i Manen

Finishing a master's in clinical psychology, with clinical experience working in an in-patient rehab for substance abuse. I also have experience working in a crisis line for war refugees at the beginning of the russo-ukrainian war, and was a cofounder at a mental-health-based startup, where I led online group sessions with people who had suffered from bullying in their childhood. I specialize in CBT methods with a healthy dose of the ACT framework, and also in teaching interpersonal skills to clients to help them deal with conflicts in their personal lives. I also have experience in leading meditation sessions.
