Graduate counselling psychology student seeking an internship opportunity to further develop practical clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. I am especially interested in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. My developing counselling approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I am particularly interested in strengthening my clinical competence in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed interventions, and couples counselling. I value helping clients understand the connection between the
