About

I am a psychology intern with experience across counselling, emotional wellbeing, rehabilitation and vocational support. I have worked with people experiencing a range of personal, psychological and life challenges, including through Employee Assistance, disability and rehabilitation services. My approach is holistic and strengths-based, drawing primarily on CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I aim to provide a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, supported and empowered to work towards meaningful change. I also bring doctoral-level training in psychology and specialist knowledge of technology-facilitated sexual violence through my research. My practice is evidence-informed and guided by ongoing learning and clinical supervision.
