I am a Psychology graduate with a B.Sc. in Psychology and currently pursuing my final year of M.Sc. Counselling Psychology. I have academic and practical training in counselling, psychological assessment, case conceptualization, and mental health support. I am interested in supporting individuals with concerns such as stress, anxiety, academic difficulties, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental and confidential environment where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves. As a counselling psychology trainee, I am committed to ethical practice, continuous learning, and working under appropriate professional supervision while developing my counselling skills.
