I am a Bachelor of Science student majoring in Psychology at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Canada, with a strong interest in gaining practical experience within the mental health field. My studies have provided me with knowledge in areas such as abnormal psychology, personality, research methods, behaviour modification, social neuroscience, and drugs and behaviour. I am particularly interested in understanding human behaviour and applying psychological concepts in real-world settings. Through an internship with Mantra Care, I hope to strengthen my communication, research, observation, and professional skills while learning from experienced mental health professionals.
