Madison Pugsley

I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have developed strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills through my work in customer service and animal care. In my current role, I interact with clients daily, handle sensitive situations professionally, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment. My academic coursework has provided a foundation in psychological principles, human behavior, ethics, and mental health. I am eager to apply these skills in a behavioral health setting while gaining hands-on experience supporting clients and learning from experienced professionals.
