I am a Therapist Intern with a Master's degree in Psychology and a specialization in Clinical Psychology from Central University of South Bihar. I completed my clinical internship at RINPAS, Ranchi, where I gained hands-on experience working with diverse client populations. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational strategies to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and occupational stress. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered support, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for personal growth and healing.
