I’m not choosing to be the most experienced person in the room — I’m choosing to be the most understanding one for people my clients’ age. I bring current knowledge, genuine relatability, and a supervised, ethical approach that meets young adults exactly where they are, without judgment or distance. I bring three things; recent up-to-date psychological knowledge since I have just finished my masters. My understanding is current. Second real relatability, I work with18-25 year olds and I understand the pressures of the stage first hand: career anxiety, identity, relationships, social media, Independence, third, I offer a structured but human approach evidence based methods delivered in a way that feels like a conversation, not a lecture all within a supervised ethical framework.
