As a Psychology Intern with a background in Developmental and Educational Psychology, I am passionate about supporting children and adolescents facing stress, anxiety, emotional, and behavioral challenges. My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I believe every individual is unique, so I adapt my approach to each client's needs, strengths, and circumstances while providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. My previous experience in educational counseling, psychological assessment, and research has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships and support young people with empathy and professionalism.
