I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Psychology, providing online psychological care since 2016. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, anger, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, and concerns involving substance use. My integrative practice draws on evidence-based, humanistic, strength-based, trauma-informed, and Positive Psychology approaches, tailored to each client’s needs, values, and cultural background. I provide a confidential and nonjudgmental environment that supports emotional awareness, healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, and meaningful change. I also offer online webinars and seminars on mental health, well-being, and burnout prevention.
