I am an M.A. Psychology graduate from Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) with academic training and practical experience across counseling, behavioral intervention, I am particularly interested in gaining deeper exposure to counseling processes, therapeutic communication, case conceptualization, and ethical mental health practice under professional supervision. I view every interaction as an opportunity to learn, grow, and provide compassionate support while developing into a skilled counseling professional. My areas of interest include anxiety, stress management, emotional well-being, student concerns, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem, and personal growth. I strongly believe in creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard and supported.
