I am a Psychology Intern with a strong interest in understanding human behavior, emotions, and mental well-being. My journey into psychology began with a genuine curiosity about why people think, feel, and behave the way they do. Over time, this curiosity developed into a passion for learning about the human mind and supporting individuals through empathy, active listening, and evidence-based psychological practices. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained a solid foundation in various areas of psychology, including cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, abnormal psychology, counseling psychology, and psychological assessment.
