As a Therapist Intern pursuing an M.A. in Counselling Psychology, I have gained practical experience in individual and group counselling under professional supervision. I have conducted psychological assessments, facilitated psychoeducational workshops, and supported clients using a client-centered approach with techniques such as CBT, REBT, ACT, mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and grounding techniques. I am committed to providing empathetic, ethical, and evidence-based care while continuously learning and growing as a mental health professional.
