Kirtika Khanna

Through five clinical internships across leading hospitals and psychiatric institutes in Delhi NCR, I have developed hands-on experience working with children and adolescents across a range of concerns. At Synapses Neuropsychiatry Clinic, I conducted neuropsychological assessments for ADHD and learning disabilities, and provided therapeutic support to neurodiverse children with autism spectrum conditions and developmental delays. At Cosmos Institute of Mental Health & Behavioural Sciences, I administered projective and objective assessments and collaborated on treatment planning for young clients with complex needs. Across all my placements, I have delivered psychoeducation to families and caregivers — a skill directly transferable to working with students, parents.
