Fiona Naomi Adesoye

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the UK. I provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth counseling for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and burnout. My approach integrates neuroscience-informed, trauma-informed, and attachment-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can build resilience, gain insight, and experience lasting emotional growth and healing.
