As a Therpist Intern, I offer a safe space for healing and self development through CBT and other clinical methods. I also provide assessments such as the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale or Adverse Childhood Experiences to help understand how you feel when you can’t express it verbally. I’m very client focused and will work with you step by step to help you be more confident, healthier version of yourself.
