I am a Therapist Intern currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Child and Youth Studies and have over 2,200 hours of experience supporting children, youth, and families across schools, community programs, group homes, crisis settings, and inpatient mental health environments. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-informed, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) principles, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches.
