Mirte Klusener

Hi, I'm Mirte! I'm a Master's student in Occupational Health Psychology at Leiden University (graduating February 2027), with a Psychology Bachelor's from the University of Amsterdam. My heart lies in helping people who struggle with burnout and work-related stress, and I'm genuinely excited to finally bring that passion into practice. My current thesis investigates personal autonomy in relation to burnout, and alongside my regular coursework I've completed extra courses in Trauma & Mental Health and Interventions in eHealth, the latter aligning well with MantraCare's remote approach. What excites me most is really connecting with people and helping them grow. I can't wait to take my first real steps in therapy and coaching and to learn as much as possible along the way!
