Marie-Janne Harris-Mostert

I am an intern at Erasmus MC as part of the Generation R, where I conduct behavioral assessments with young adults. This includes administering semi-structured psychiatric interviews (K SADS), where I have learned to balance strict adherence to structured protocols with clinical judgment to tailor questions to each individual. I have developed strong skills in active listening, targeted questioning, and critically evaluating the clinical relevance of reported complaints. I am comfortable discussing complex and sensitive topics such as mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and suicidality in a professional and responsible manner
