I am a Psychology graduate from ITESO with experience working with children, older adults, families, and diverse communities in educational, community, geriatric, and correctional settings. Throughout my academic training and field experience, I have developed strong skills in communication, active listening, group facilitation, and psychoeducational intervention. My experience includes designing and implementing activities to strengthen executive functioning, emotional regulation, and social-emotional skills in children; facilitating cognitive stimulation and recreational activities for older adults; and participating in psychoeducational programs within correctional settings. I have experience leading group activities, creating educational materials, conducting behavioral observations, and supporting individuals through empathy, rapport-building, and emotional support. I am comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, adapting interventions to meet the needs of different populations and environments. My approach is person-centered, focusing on respect, collaboration, and the promotion of well-being. I am passionate about helping individuals develop their strengths, build resilience, and access supportive resources that contribute to their personal growth and quality of life. As a bilingual professional in English and Spanish, I am able to communicate effectively with diverse populations and build meaningful connections across cultural backgrounds. I am eager to continue growing professionally while contributing to programs and organizations that promote mental health, education, and community well-being.
