I'm a Certified Human Resource Associate with strong background in Human Resources, employee relations, and people-centered support roles. My background has strengthened my communication, empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills while working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and situations. As an aspiring mental health professional, I am currently transitioning into the clinical setting to further develop my knowledge and practical experience in psychological support and client care. I am passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel heard and supported.
