Syeda Masooma Rizvi

I worked under the supervision of licensed professionals to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. My role involved assisting students with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in educational and therapeutic settings. I helped implement individualized support strategies, encouraged emotional regulation and social interaction, and assisted students in improving communication, attention, and daily functioning skills. I also collaborated with therapists, teachers, and parents to monitor student progress and maintain a supportive learning environment. Through observation, behaviour management techniques, and one-on-one assistance, I gained practical experience in child psychology, mental health support, and therapeutic intervention strategies.
