Helena Hiranrat

I am a student currently achieving my second bachelor's degree in Art Therapy with a background in psychology. My first degree is in psychology with a cognate in criminology. I am seeking psychology internships offering remote positions that challenge my understanding of psychology and patient treatment. I am also a Veteran of the US Army. I have been treated with and have studied CBT and Exposure therapy, Trauma Therapy as well as currently learning art therapy methods at Naropa University. My current degree program has also provided me with an understanding of how mindfulness practices can aid the healing process, whether in community-based, individual, or group activities. I am eager to apply my training as an intern or volunteer in any aspect of the business.
