I am a recent UC Santa Cruz graduate with a B.S. in Cognitive Science and a B.A. in Psychology, currently preparing to apply to graduate programs in therapy. I offer compassionate, client-centered counseling support for individuals navigating life changes and transitions, whether you're starting a new chapter, feeling stuck, adjusting to loss, or seeking greater clarity and direction. My background includes working as a Family Liaison Specialist, where I supported incarcerated individuals and their families through crisis, reentry, and family reunification. I also worked at UC Santa Cruz's Cultural Arts & Diversity Center, promoting inclusive programming and engaging with students and staff from all backgrounds. Additionally, I have experience as a Behavior Technician using ABA therapy with children and as a research interviewer in a developmental psychology lab. These experiences taught me to listen actively, adapt to each person's unique needs, and provide support without judgment. Through my diversity center work and research training, I am committed to serving people of all ages, genders, sexualities, and races. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space where you can show up as your full self. I am particularly interested in helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjustment to major life changes. My approach draws from CBT and person-centered techniques, and I prioritize confidentiality and respect. I would be honored to support you through whatever season of life you're in.
