As a psychology intern, I guide and hold space for those individuals who are generally functioning well but seeking meaningful change, growth, or support in navigating life transitions. My practice is designed for those experiencing mild to minimal symptoms, such as situational stress, life adjustments, or periods of low mood, while still maintaining overall stability in daily life. This includes people who are motivated, self-aware, and ready to engage in habit change, mindset work, and holistic wellness support. I also work with individuals who may be experiencing mild emotional or functional challenges (such as occasional anxiety, sleep disruption, or periods of overwhelm), provided they are still able to function effectively in most areas of life. In these cases, coaching remains focused on strengthening resilience, increasing self-awareness, and supporting sustainable lifestyle shifts. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and wellness-focused. It is best suited for those who are not in acute crisis but are ready to deepen their connection to themselves and move forward with intention.
