Femke de Hoog Bouthoorn

As an aspiring psychology intern with a Master’s in Psychology of Neuroscience and Mental Health from King’s College London, my clinical focus lies in eating disorders, adolescent mental health, trauma processing, and neuroscientific interventions. With a strong foundation in clinical psychology and neuroscience, plus extensive volunteer experience in crisis support, trauma-informed care, and peer counseling (including supporting young people recovering from eating disorders), I am eager to bring my specialized knowledge into a supervised clinical setting. I am passionate about providing empathetic, culturally sensitive support while further developing my skills in assessment and therapeutic techniques.
