Isha Joshi

I am a Psychology Intern holding an MA in Clinical Psychology from Modern College, Ganeshkhind, Pune (2025). I have trained across multiple clinical and community settings through internships at IPH Thane, My Mind Matters Pune, Schizophrenia Awareness Association, Manasvi Counselling Centre, and Oasis Counselling Centre. My experience includes observing and assisting in sessions with clients presenting anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and behavioral issues, with exposure to conditions such as ADHD, OCD, autism, and schizophrenia, etc. I have observed psychological assessments including IQ testing, TAT, CAT, and Rorschach, etc. My approach is grounded in person-centred counselling with foundational training in CBT and REBT. I hold certifications in Applied Psychotherapies, Basic Counseling Skills, QPR Suicide Prevention, and Corporate Mental Health (EAP). I aim to offer a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space for individuals navigating emotional and mental health challenges.
