Mark Daniel Spruit

I’m currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Leiden University, and next year I’ll be starting a Master’s in Clinical & Health Psychology. Alongside my studies, I have worked for 1.5 years as an outreach mental health worker, supporting children and young adults who are dealing with developmental disorders, psychosocial difficulties, and behavioural challenges. This experience has taught me how important it is to really listen, build trust, and meet people where they are. I’m naturally empathetic, calm and interested in understanding what people need in order to feel supported and make meaningful progress. Through both my education and practical experience, I’m continuing to grow into a therapist who wants to offer thoughtful, personal, and accessible care.
