Aishanee Kaul

Through my internships at Accord Hospital and Kaleidoscope Child Development Centre, I have gained hands-on experience in client interaction, psychometric assessment, and assisting in intervention planning. These experiences have helped me build essential skills such as active listening, empathy, rapport building, and maintaining confidentiality. I am particularly interested in EAP settings as they allow for providing accessible mental health support to individuals dealing with everyday stressors, workplace challenges, and emotional concerns. I am eager to further develop my counseling skills, learn evidence-based intervention techniques, and contribute meaningfully to client well-being under professional supervision.
