I worked at Pranit Psychological Counselling and Testing Centre where I gained practical exposure to psychological assessment, counselling processes, and client interaction. My role involved assisting in the administration and scoring of standardized psychological tests such as personality assessments, intelligence tests, and aptitude measures. I observed counselling sessions to understand different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and client-centered techniques.I was also involved in preparing case histories by collecting client background information and maintaining proper documentation while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards. Additionally, I supported report writing by interpreting test results under supervision and learned how to provide basic psychoeducation to clients.
