As a Clinical Psychology intern, I have conducted comprehensive one-on-one intake interviews, gathering clients’ personal background, psychosocial history, and presenting symptoms. The majority of my clinical work has involved young adults experiencing severe mental health challenges, including high suicide risk and prior suicide attempts. I approach these interviews with empathy and thoroughness, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported. Beyond interviewing, I compose psychological evaluation reports that integrate data from interviews, standardized psychological tests, which I have scored and interpreted, observed symptoms, and DSM-V diagnostic criteria. My training emphasizes accuracy, clarity, and sensitivity in both assessment and documentation, producing reports that are clinically sound and client-centered.
