I am a motivated Master's student in clinical psychology at Leiden University with a deliberate career transition from international marketing to psychology. My deep interest in the human psyche and commitment to evidence-based mental health practice inspire my clinical work. I possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and genuine empathy for individuals experiencing psychological distress. My multilingual background (fluent in English, B2+ in Dutch, native in Portuguese, and good in Spanish and Greek) enables me to work effectively with diverse populations. I am eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in diagnostics, assessment, and treatment through a supervised internship. I am committed to observing clinical work rigorously before participating, understanding that supervision is essential for my development. My ultimate goal is to become a competent clinician who contributes meaningfully to clients' wellbeing and scientific advancement in clinical psychology.
